Open Kiniq Fitness → go to Settings tab → tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account". This permanently removes all your data. This action cannot be undone.
Make sure you've granted Kiniq Fitness camera permission. Go to your device Settings → Kiniq Fitness → enable Camera access. Position yourself 2–3 metres from the camera with your full body visible.
All billing is handled by Apple or Google. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. For any other billing questions, email us at support@kiniqfitness.com.
