Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel:

  • iPhone: Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kiniq Fitness → Cancel
  • Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kiniq Fitness → Cancel

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Kiniq Fitness → go to Settings tab → tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account". This permanently removes all your data. This action cannot be undone.

The camera isn't working for AI coaching.

Make sure you've granted Kiniq Fitness camera permission. Go to your device Settings → Kiniq Fitness → enable Camera access. Position yourself 2–3 metres from the camera with your full body visible.

I have a billing issue.

All billing is handled by Apple or Google. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. For any other billing questions, email us at support@kiniqfitness.com.
